Greg is head of Manulife's commercial mortgage lending strategies, loan closing, and portfolio management, overseeing fourteen regional offices across the globe. His team invests in and manages all commercial real estate-backed mortgages, funds, and structured products in Canada and the United States placed on behalf of third-party clients and Manulife’s general accounts. Before joining the firm, Greg spent 9 years with North American Life, where he was director of Canadian mortgages, and he has more than 30 years of overall experience in commercial real estate. 

Jeff oversees the firm’s U.S. mortgage origination platform with regional offices in Boston, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Southern California. He also oversees the firm’s U.S. home office production division, which is responsible for the subordinated debt platform, the national account program, co-lending, performing note purchases, and new product development. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff worked with New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, Boston Capital Mortgage Company, and MetLife in various roles.

Richard oversees a multibillion-dollar national loan portfolio and is accountable for the firm’s annual commercial loan production volume, risk-adjusted returns, and credit experience through 7 regional offices and 22 origination professionals. Previously, he served as the AVP and regional director of the firm’s flagship Toronto and Ottawa mortgage branches, where he was responsible for annual production targets of $500 million and a 6-member team of origination professionals. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked for 21 years at Sun Life Financial, where his most recent role was as the co-regional director of the Ontario mortgage investment office.
