Nathan Elliott

Nathan is responsible for overseeing the origination of new commercial mortgage investments and management of the firm’s existing mortgage portfolio in Northern California, Utah, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior vice president at CBRE, where he was a member of its capital market institutional group with responsibility for placing debt and equity throughout the western United States. Nathan spent 11 years as an associate director at MetLife Real Estate Investors, where he focused on structuring large balance sheet senior mortgages and mezzanine debt. Prior to his portfolio lending experience, he held positions at Nomura Securities, where he structured commercial mortgage-backed securities, and at a boutique investment firm, where he was responsible for private equity placements. Nathan holds a real estate license in California and is a member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association.
