Richard Baillie

Richard oversees a multibillion-dollar national loan portfolio and is accountable for the firm’s annual commercial loan production volume, risk-adjusted returns, and credit experience through 7 regional offices and 22 origination professionals. Previously, he served as the AVP and regional director of the firm’s flagship Toronto and Ottawa mortgage branches, where he was responsible for annual production targets of $500 million and a 6-member team of origination professionals. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked for 21 years at Sun Life Financial, where his most recent role was as the co-regional director of the Ontario mortgage investment office.
