Thomas Treacy

Tom oversees the real estate finance group’s subordinated debt platform, national account program, co-lending program, and note purchase program and is the relationship manager for Manulife’s mortgage banking correspondents. Since joining the firm in 2002 as an investment officer, he’s held varying roles of increasing responsibility within the real estate finance group. Prior to joining Manulife, Tom worked at Univest/MortgageRamp in Atlanta and at Fleet Real Estate Capital and State Street in Boston.
