Tim Borel

Tim is responsible for commercial loan production in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He has broad experience within the commercial real estate industry, including roles in asset management, mortgage banking, investment sales, and lending (CMBS & Agency). Tim joined Manulife/John Hancock in 2013 and took over as manager of the Dallas regional office in 2020. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and completed the MBA Future Leaders program in 2015.
